Background

Several years ago we were approached by the Managing Director of Right at Home GF which is a local home care provider to see if we could provide an outsourced media service. As an SME that is very community -focused and committed to providing excellent care, we were more than happy to help.

The Brief

To work with the Marketing and Business Development Manager to forward plan a schedule of press release opportunities and implement the plan.

What we do

We write press releases in the voice of Right at Home, issue them to the local media, monitor for coverage and add the content to the home care provider’s website.

In addition to providing a media service, having got to know the client very well, we now make suggestions for marketing activity which will help them meet their marketing objectives and provide good press release opportunities.

Highlights

  • Secured a regular column about dementia in one of the local newspapers.
  • The majority of press releases issued are published.
  • Created opportunities for the client to build a working relationship with the local newspaper through a joint initiative.
  • Suggested ways for Right at Home to build their community profile by connecting with local Mayors.
