Farnham Town Council is a multi-award-winning, high performing council which has a year round events calendar, a wide programme of community engagement, volunteering activities and a regular press and communications requirement.

In 2013, we were approached by the Town Clerk for assistance with providing PR and marketing support.

The Brief

To provide marketing and PR support which includes the timely issue of press releases about the council’s work, managing the website, writing content for social media, writing a regular enewsletter, producing marketing collateral, writing annual publications such as the residents’ guide and a brochure promoting the council’s sponsorship scheme.

What we do

Having worked for this client for so many years, we have developed an excellent working knowledge about the council which enables us to be proactive and not to require a great deal of input from the Town Clerk and the council team. To minimise any potential risk of this way of working, sign off processes are in place and work very effectively.
